Australian born - Asif Mehrudeen started cooking in Melbourne in 1994 where his passion became known that culinary was his dream and future path.

Landing in HCMC 2009 he was the Executive Chef of Park Hyatt Saigon for over 5 years.

2013 he left the hotel business and set up his own company with 3 exciting concepts: San fu Lou - Cantonese Kitchen, Sorae - Sushi Sake & Lounge and the unique Vietnamese Restaurant, Di Mai.

2019 it was time to fulfill his dream which was to become the No.1 flame-grilled chicken concept in the world, CHICKITA was born.

CHICKITA is the 1st flame-grilled chicken concept in Vietnam which is unique with a special 100% natural brown rice feed chicken is raised in their own farms in Binh Phuoc Province. This special chicken breed is exclusive only for Chickita Brand.

Asif has also brought in Greyhound Cafe from Thailand where AHM LIFESTYLE's is going to develop this unique Cafe throughout Vietnam!
